At Niš Beauty, first-time clients are welcomed with the same care and attention that keeps longtime regulars coming back. You will not feel rushed, and you will never be upsold on treatments you do not need.
The goal of your first visit is simple: to understand your skin, your goals, and your preferences well enough to recommend the right service and create a foundation for the best possible results going forward.

What happens during your first appointment at Niš Beauty?
Before any treatment begins, your esthetician will take time to consult with you. This is not a quick checkbox exercise. It is a genuine conversation about your skin history, any current concerns you want to address, the products and treatments you have tried before, and what you are hoping to achieve. If you have been battling acne for years without results, that context matters. If you have sensitive skin that reacts to most waxes, that matters too.
Once your esthetician has a clear picture of your skin and goals, they will recommend the most appropriate service for your first visit. In some cases, that will be a foundational facial to assess your skin under professional-grade light and magnification. In others, it might be a lash service, a waxing or sugaring appointment, or a brow treatment, depending on what brought you in.
Your first visit is also a great time to ask every question you have been holding onto about skincare, maintenance, products, or the services on the menu. The team at Niš Beauty loves educating clients because an informed client is one who gets better results.

What should I do to prepare for my first visit?
Good preparation helps your esthetician serve you better and ensures you get the most out of your first session. The specific pre-care instructions depend on which service you are booking.
For facials, arriving with a clean face and no heavy makeup is helpful. If you are currently using active ingredients such as retinol, acids, or prescription topicals, let your esthetician know at booking and during your consultation so they can adjust the treatment accordingly.
For lash services, arriving without any eye makeup or mascara is important. If you wear contact lenses, you may want to remove them before your appointment. Avoid caffeine before a lash lift if you tend to get eye twitches.
For waxing and sugaring, the area should have approximately a quarter inch of hair growth for the best results. Avoid sun exposure, retinol use, and exfoliation in the two days leading up to your appointment.
For any service, wearing comfortable clothing and arriving a few minutes early allows you to settle in, fill out your client intake form, and begin your consultation without feeling rushed.

Is there a first-time client discount at Niš Beauty?
Niš Beauty offers dedicated first-time client service options that are designed to introduce new guests to the studio’s quality and approach. These selections are available on the booking platform. In addition to any introductory pricing, new clients also become eligible for the Niš Beauty Loyalty Stamp Card starting from their very first qualifying service visit, putting them on the path toward future discounts from day one.

Before you arrive.
Facials: clean face
Arrive without heavy makeup. Discontinue retinol, vitamin A, prescription topicals, and strong acids 48–72 hours before your facial.
Lashes: bare lashes
No mascara, eye makeup, or curling. If you wear contacts, bring your case — you’ll have your eyes closed for a while.
Brows: au naturel
Skip the brow pencil and powder before your appointment so your esthetician can see and map your natural shape.
Waxing: ¼" growth
About the size of a grain of rice. Avoid sun, retinol, and exfoliation 48 hours before your visit.

What forms do I need to complete?
A client intake and consent form covering health history, medications, topical treatments, allergies, and your skin goals. Some treatments require additional consent forms for safety and informed care.
How should I prepare for a facial?
Come with a clean face — free of heavy makeup, sunscreen, and skincare. Pause retinol, vitamin A derivatives, prescription topicals, and acids for 48–72 hours. Avoid sun and tanning for 48 hours. Stay hydrated.
How should I prepare for lashes or brows?
Lashes: arrive with completely clean lashes — no mascara, no curling, no eye makeup. For brows, leave them natural and unfilled so we can see and map your shape accurately.
What about waxing or sugaring aftercare?
For 48 hours after, avoid sun exposure, heat, sweat, tight clothing, and exfoliation of the treated area. Skin is more sensitive — be gentle.
What's your cancellation policy?
