Niš Beauty is a women owned local business, and every member of the team shares the studio’s core philosophy: beauty is about enhancement, not transformation. You are already beautiful. The team is simply here to help you see it and feel it.
Samantha Maksutovic
Founder & Master Esthetician
Samantha is the founder and owner of Niš Beauty and the driving force behind the studio’s philosophy, service menu, and culture. With over six years of professional experience in the beauty industry, Sam brings a depth of knowledge and a breadth of skill that allows her to address a wide range of skin concerns with confidence and precision.
Sam specializes in lashes, brows, waxing, sugaring, facials, and natural makeup. She is known in the Niš Beauty community for her ability to make clients feel seen, heard, and at ease from the very first appointment, and for her commitment to staying current with evolving skincare techniques and technologies.
The name of the studio was inspired by Sam’s father, who grew up in the city of Niš in Serbia. He always told her that she did not need makeup because she was beautiful just the way she was. While Sam’s father may have been onto something, she also recognizes that there is nothing wrong with wanting to look and feel your best, which is why she has spent her career helping people do exactly that.

Emily Salas
Lead Esthetician
Emily is the Lead Esthetician at Niš Beauty and a deeply valued member of the team. With three years of professional experience in the skincare industry, she brings both technical skill and a warm, authentic energy to every client interaction.
Emily specializes in facial massage, lash lifts, and waxing. She is known for her ability to tailor facial massage techniques to each client’s specific needs, her skill with lash lifts that deliver consistent, beautiful results, and her approachable, comforting presence in the treatment room.
Outside of the studio, Emily is passionate about health and wellness, currently studying to become a certified health coach. This broader focus on whole body wellbeing informs her approach to skincare, which she sees as one piece of a larger picture of how we feel in our bodies and about ourselves.
Emily describes the experience of working at Niš Beauty as a wild yet fun ride, and she is enthusiastic about building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients who are ready to invest in their skin and their confidence.

Both Samantha and Emily are licensed estheticians trained and certified in California. Samantha holds the title of Master Esthetician and has continued her professional education in advanced skincare systems including DMK Enzyme Therapy, Marie Veronique Organic protocols, and micro channeling techniques. The team regularly pursues ongoing training to stay at the leading edge of professional skincare, ensuring that every client benefits from the most current and effective treatment approaches available.
